A fully detached family home delivered for a private client on a site where ground conditions demanded an unusually robust foundation solution. The entire plot was found to be filled with slurry, requiring a piled foundation of 23 concrete piles, each driven over 18 metres deep, before construction could begin above ground.

With material costs rising throughout the piling works and the client eager to move in as quickly as possible, cost control and timeline management were critical from the outset.

The finished home features a double-volume living room and generously sized bedrooms, with the same elevated standard of finishing as our other private residences. Design Depot Global provided full design and build services.
