Springfield Agrochemical Facility

An agrochemical manufacturing facility delivered for Springfield Agro, a member of the Kewalram Chanrai Group. The facility was designed to support Nigerian farmers with the production of herbicides, pesticides, and other agricultural solutions.

Design Depot Global served as Architect, Prime Consultant, and Project Manager — directly overseeing design, contractor coordination, and liaison with approval authorities throughout execution.

Rising construction costs during the build required fast, strategic decision-making to keep the project on track, and close collaboration with foreign partners allowed us to integrate international industrial design standards with the realities of building in Nigeria. Beyond pure functionality, the design incorporates green spaces to support environmental sustainability alongside industrial efficiency.
