Coldstores and Warehousing

A 1,516 sqm cold storage facility delivered for Springfield Agro. The facility comprises 5 cold rooms constructed with prefabricated insulated sandwich panels, fitted with a mechanized racking system and centralized refrigeration powered by multiple compressors.

The site, a converted former vehicle warehouse, presented a series of unforeseen conditions, including underground water tanks and existing structural columns and beams that surfaced mid-construction, requiring real-time redesign on site.

With the client under pressure to begin operations, the project was delivered in 10 months despite these constraints. Design Depot Global provided architecture and project management services, coordinating multiple specialist contractors throughout.
